Prevention Tip Capsule |
The inflatable games season is in full swing.
Do you intend to rent inflatable games to animate children's activities?
Do you know the risks to which you expose yourself?
Do you know that you can be held liable for damage to property rented as well as personal injury to the children?
Make sure you have:
A location contract and not an invoice, including liability clauses.
Proof of insurance from the company you are renting from.
Also, if you rent the equipment including installation, ask for the proof of insurance from the company. They must include game rental with installation.
Please take note that certain clauses of the contracts tend to avoid the responsibility of the rental company.
Verify with your broker if your insurance policy covers for those type of activities.
